I have a leaking j tube. I'm leaking all around the stoma. I'm burning like a chrispy critter. I've tried everything. Any ideas

A leaking tube is causing bile to burn the area which can be very painful.
See if you can lower your fat content as much as you can (although you still need fat) and add probiotics to your diet. An antibiotic cream may also help as can a little bit of Vaseline around the site. You haven't said what methods you have used so I may be advising what you have already done.
Ask your doctor for advice - there are surgical options in worst case scenarios.
