Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for seeking our advice.

A history of recurrent nose bleeds that last for 20 minutes and present with clots is serious and must be evaluated.

Take your son to the emergency room only when he has nose bleed.

Is your pediatrician aware of this? If not, please contact him or her today to schedule an appointment; follow your physician's recommendation.

Regards,
Maryann
