Some days are better than others. I hurt most of the time. My feet swell and tingle so bad. I just want to figure out what is causing. All this pain I am having. It feels like it moves around my body. The pain is so hard at times I can't walk. My lower b back hurts so much I cry when I can't hardly get up to stand. Does this ever go away.

Your symptoms are quite broad - you will need a full evaluation to know what is wrong. The symptoms in your feet sound like they could be due to damaged nerves. This is called peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy is damage to the peripheral nerves. These are the nerves that connect your spinal cord to the rest of your body and may be causing your back pain.
Many diseases and conditions can cause peripheral neuropathy. The damage may occur due to:
Lack of oxygen
Malnutrition
Compression
Cancer
Trauma
Inflammation
Toxins
Diabetes is a cause of this kind of nerve damage in the feet.
