I have been on the combined pill for about 9 months now and have never experienced spotting I missed my pill for the first which brought my period on early I finished it but now I’m bleeding again not even a week later should I be worried ?

The irregular bleeding is likely because of the missed pill. Did you make up the pill? It's important to take the missed pill as soon as you remember, rather than skip it altogether. If the bleeding is heavy or prolonged, called your doctor to ease your mind. Otherwise, continue taking your pills as usual.
