I got my period after taking Plan B pills even though I just had my period 3 days before.

Took plan b after less than 24 hours after having sex, had some spotting for a few days then had what I thought was my Period for about 5 days. I had sex end of may and its now july 30th took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Is there any way I could be pregnant? Its been about 40 days since conception... if I were pregnant wouldn't it show up on a test? pleas help me out.

Changes in your menstrual cycle are a side effect of taking Plan B. It may take a month or several months for your menstrual cycle to return to normal. If I understand you correctly, you should have gotten your period on July 21. If this is correct, then you should wait to take a home pregnancy once you are late by one week, That would be any day after July 28. But the light spotting instead of a normal menstrual flow can be the side effect of Plan B. If you do not have a period next month, I suggest you call your doctor or visit a health clinic. A blood test for pregnancy can be done at that time.

IM SO WORRIED I GOT MY PERIOD ON THE 6TH OF JUNE N TOOK PLANB BACAUSE I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX ON 1 OF MY FERTILE DAYS N GOT IT AGAIN ON THE 24TH IT WAS A NORMAL PERIOD. Relax, when taken within 72 hours, and you did, after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure, such as the condom breaks, Plan B is effective in preventing pregnancy. But, changes in your period, lower abdominal pain as well as nausea, fatigue, headache, dizziness and breast tenderness are side effects of this emergency contraceptive. It may take a few months before your menstrual cycle returns to normal.

I'm freaking out. I had unprotected sex May 29th took plan B one step 10 hours later. On June 12th I started spotting for about 3 days then stopped for about 4 days then had why I assumed was my period which lasted about 5 days. It's now July 22nd and having lower abdominal cramping. i took plan B pill last month i had gotten ma period the 6 and got it again the 24th this month of july i avoided my fertile days but kept having unprotected sex with my boyfriend 1 or 2 times 8 days after my period n 1 time 8 days before! Is there any way i can b pregnant? I'm suppost to get it on the 20th or the 21st but i still havent gotten it!

My boyfriend and I were using protection and he pulled out but when he ejaculated we saw that the condom had broken. I took Plan B within an hour. My period came almost a week early. We had sex with condoms after I got my period and now I am waiting on my second period post Plan B but I am late. Late if I go off of my last period which was early. How long will Plan B mess up my cycle? I have been very stressed lately and have taken two pregnancy test, both negative. Please help.
