I'm freaking out. I had unprotected sex May 29th took plan B one step 10 hours later. On June 12th I started spotting for about 3 days then stopped for about 4 days then had why I assumed was my period which lasted about 5 days. It's now July 22nd and having lower abdominal cramping.
