I have Morton's neuroma in my left foot. I've had the shots, I've tried inserts, I try to stick to shoes with wide toe boxes. Nothing seems to work. I change shoes several times a day, use thinner socks. Still the tingling. I even bought shoes supposedly for people with neuromas. No help. Slippers seem to ease the discomfort. I like to travel and carrying a backpack with different shoes to change into is a real pain. I'd really like to find a solution to this problem.

Hello Anon
Surgery may be your realistic option. I had this done myself last August. Still healing (believe it or not but I am told this is normal) but am walking normally again and able to walk barefoot with ease - something impossible while my neuroma was still there. My husband has the same thing done a year ago - 100% success.

Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
Can you describe what's going in with the ball of your foot? You were not clear. Do you have pain there, or a wound or marks or a lump? Please give us more information and we can help you further.
