I broke my arm recently and now my arm is really stiff/sore what do i do??

Hi Anonymous,
I am not sure if you asked this question in another area as I thought I asked if you were seeking physical therapy for the stiffness?

After any broken limb or surgery, physical therapy will help get the limb moving again.

Please let us know.
