Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
I'm so sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing.
My best advise is to talk to your doctor about Lupron. It is a medication which not only stops menstrual cycle but shrinks fibroids. It is a common treatment before surgery if the fibroids become too large.
If medication does not help you may need surgery called a Myomectomy which removes the fibroids. There is also an option to remove the whole uterus (Hysterectomy) but this risks causing more problems. So if you must do surgery go for a Myomectomy.
If you do not want medication or surgery you can try herbal remedies which can take longer but generally easier on your body.
These herbs will help shrink fibroids and reduce pain:
-Green tea
-Burbock Root Tea
-Raw, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions.
