Hyperpigmentation

I've had this issue for months now and I haven't found something that has worked for me. I have medium skin and my spots are flat and brown. I have a quiet big rash at my back, stomach, neck, arms and legs. I've been using Nizoral shampoo ketoconazole for 1 month and the progress is going really slow. Is there anything I can do?

On the matter of skin, it is important to see a dermatologist. The reason this is so important is because an incorrect diagnosis can lead to the wrong treatment and make it worse than before.
