how long can there be a total occlusion of the portal vein with enlarged spleen and liver and alt and ast levels elevated before it becomes too damaged oreven fatal?

i have had total refusal of medical treatment since 2003 and now wonder if i am soon going to have it become fatal for as many added secondary illnesses as have happened in the last three years

Thank you for your question. What do you mean by having complete medical refusal since 2003? You haven't been to the doctor for almost 10 years? 

In your particular case, this is a very person-specific question in which a doctor would need to know your past medical history as well as family history, medical workup, etc.
