I feel like I have pretty good confidence, but there's always room for improvement. Working out helps boost my confidence and self-esteem, but I'm wondering if there are any other ways too. What are some ways to boost my confidence when I am feeling low self-esteem?

May I suggest that you think back over the last while, whether it be a week, month or year about something you accomplished and felt really good about. Remembering our past goals and achievements is a great way to remind ourselves that we each have wonderful skills and talents.
July 14, 2014 - 1:54pmI have asked some of my clients to remember back when they were anywhere between the age of 8 to 18, and what did they do then that they felt good aout, something they were proud of.
