If you are not taking anything to be concerned about, there is no worry. If you are and need to pass a drug test, the first thing you should know is that testing technology has advanced to the point where classic ways to fake a test are mostly detectable. Your best bet is to prepare your body as far in advance as possible by stopping drug use as soon as you find out you need to take the test. Drinking plenty of water in advance, may also help.
