Can you tell us more about your specific question, and how old you are?
We hear from many women who experience night sweats who are going through menopause, but there are other "causes" as well. You can read more about them here: EmpowHER: Night Sweats
Nausea is common, and without knowing more about you (age, recent illnesses, medical conditions) and more about your symptoms (frequency, duration, when occur, etc), it is difficult to pinpoint any information to provide, as nausea can be related to many different conditions, and may be an after-effect from your feeling of light headedness (dizziness?). Do you feel dizzy and nauseous often, only at night, only when standing up, frequently, after a eating, when you don't eat...the list goes on. How long have you had these symptoms? Do you have allergies or a cold, or do you think this is menopausal symptoms?
