I have this snot looking discharge stuff that comes out of my vagina everyday. It's very thick and it started when I was 12 and now I am 15 and I still have it everyday. Does it ever stop?

Most vaginal discharge is normal. We cannot know what you mean by snot-color.
White discharge occurs for many of the same reasons as clear discharge. It’s simply natural lubrication, keeping your vaginal tissue healthy and minimizing friction during sex.
Yellow or green discharge can be a sign of an infection. Your doctor can tell you more.
