Diagnosis for red spots around outside of my mouth

Red, dont itch. Never have pus center. Been to dermatologists. Given 4 different diagnoses. Nothing has worked.

Hello. Thank you for posting.

The first thing that came to mind was perioral dermatitis. It appears as a rash of red bumps around the mouth and in the folds around the nose.  However,  these small bumps can contain pus or fluids and you say your spots do not have this.  It might be an irritation or allergy of some sort.   If you have been to see a doctor, perhaps get a second opinion from another physician.
