Hello, I am a teen girl, and have never been sexually active until now, and my boyfriend and I fooled around recently, he had pre-ejaculated, but had wiped it off and waited a second, and then only inserted the tip in, not breaking my hymen. Is it possible, that I could get pregnant?.

no i wasnt trying to lose weight...as it seemed it was just stress because i advised a doctor and he told me i should wait after my exams, and i did and i got my period right the day after..i had this before and he told me as long as as i react like this i should just let it be and not worry...thank u for all the information though, i did learn some things through this experience!!

In that regard, then perhaps you may want to just let it ride, and see when your period comes. Generally speaking, if you go 3 months without a period, your doctor will want to see you so he/she can rule out some conditions that could be causing it.
You may want to check out the articles on dry humping and dry sex listed a few comments above. It may help you to know what intimacy can cause pregnancy, and all that information that goes along with it.
It may help you to have a worry-free summer.
Take care,
Christine

Hi Anonymous,
Conception occurs when an egg is fertilized by sperm. If semen comes in contact with your vagina and one of your ovaries has released an egg, then you can get pregnant. Indeed, stress can lead to a delay in a period. If you are concerned about possibly being pregnant, it is advisable to wait one week following the day of an expected period to test. Keep us posted.

actually things with my period are a little weird lately..last month it was a week late and now its 4 days late from that date...is it a possibility i could get pregnant? because i am still a virgin and he didnt stay in for more than just a few seconds...is there a way to make my period come faster? my friend had a similar problem and i think her pharmacist gave her a pill that caused her period to come earlier so they could be sure she wasnt pregnant...

Hi Anonymous,
Anytime you have penis to vagina contact and there is ejaculate from the penis that gets into the vagina, you could get pregnant. It is not uncommon for your period to not be on a set schedule. A normal menstrual cycle generally ranges anywhere from 24-32 days long, with 2-7 days of period flow at the beginning of each cycle. Your menstrual cycle starts with day one as the first day you get your period. If you are having regular sexual activity, you may want to get in to see a doctor to have your reproductive health checked, including being checked for STDs, and to assure everything is as it should be. At that time, your doctor can help you decide on a birth control method that is right for you, regardless if it is condoms, birth control pills (which also can be used to help regulate your menstrual cycle), or abstinence, and protect against unwanted pregnancy and STDs.
