no i wasnt trying to lose weight...as it seemed it was just stress because i advised a doctor and he told me i should wait after my exams, and i did and i got my period right the day after..i had this before and he told me as long as as i react like this i should just let it be and not worry...thank u for all the information though, i did learn some things through this experience!!
