Anonymous,
If you want to increase your breast size do, it only because you want to.
When you use words like "My friends .... said it is important for us."
And "Its attraction part of body." Makes me wonder if someone else is influencing your thoughts?
As for... "essential part of body." Yeah kind of essential, but size isn't essential.
If you are doing it for someone else or just to try to attract someone else, think of it this way.
The right person for you will love you for who you really are, as you really are.
And don’t settle for anyone less. If you have to change your appearance to get someone to like you then they don’t really like you now do they? There are a lot of people in this world with a lot of different likes and dislikes. Somewhere there is that person for you. Imagine going to all the expense and potential risk of getting the surgery and other risks associated with it. Then finally meeting the right person for you and finding out that person really doesn’t care for the larger size or it is not even a big deal to them.

Breasts are all fat, and the only way to put on weight on your breasts is to put on weight all over. However, you could do exercises that build your chest muscles, so although they will not give you bigger breasts, they should make your chest bigger, making it seem like you have firm, bigger breasts. There are breast elargement excersices which will make the breast looks bigger&firmer, search in google

Hi Anon - Most women do not have perfectly symmetrical breasts. In fact, most of us with two of anything (legs, eyes, ears etc) are not symmetrical.

Is there a rather large difference between the size of each breast? Is it a cup size of more? One option you have is to buy inserts for your bras that can help fill out the cup of the smaller breast so that they're more even. These can usually be found in the lingerie section of better department stories.

The only way to change your body is to get an implant into the small breast so that it matches the other one, although often times work has to be done to the other breast too for a proper match, especially if there is any kind of sagging in the larger breast because an implant will lift up the smaller breast as well as make it bigger. It's not always the case but it does become a factor in some cases.

After reading this what are your thoughts? We look forward to hearing from you. Pat

Dear Anon,

Unfortunately, there is no miracle cream that will give you large, bountiful breasts-- otherwise many plastic surgeons would be losing out BIG as far as breast implants are concerned. For many, breasts are what define a woman but it really all comes down to how you feel in your own skin. If YOU truly feel like larger breasts are best, then the only true option is breast surgery. There are plenty of "miracle" creams that claim to grow breasts but just like diet pills that claim to make you drop lbs with no effort, most are scams and not safe for you-- I can certainly tell you that they are not approved by anyone with credentials.

I am sorry that we cannot provide you with a cream or solution to your problem. Like I said and has been said before in this post, the only definite way of having larger breasts is through surgery which may or may not be an option for you.

As stated above, there are no products on the market that have proven results to enlarge breasts (or penis size), just as there are no products that have proven results to reduce other parts of our bodies (breasts, buttocks, stomachs, etc). Can you imagine if these creams actually worked...everyone would be rubbing on cream to their problem areas to make them larger, smaller, firmer, etc.

- Have you received negative comments about your breast size from others?
- Have you thought about ways in which you can be happy and accept your breast size, as almost every person has a problem area that they would like to change, and at times can even feel insecure about it. Think about all of the parts of your body that you DO like, and why you feel it is important to have a larger bust size.

As miscortes said, the only proven way to increase bust size is through plastic surgery, which has some extreme side effects, and is very intrusive and expensive. There are no secret pills, potions or lotions that can increase bust size.

I hope to hear back from you, as we would love to talk with you about why you are wanting a larger bust size (as many, many women do!), and how you can begin loving and accepting the body you have.

Thank you for your question. There are many things on the market that you can purchase to try and increase your breast size but none of them have proven results. Plastic surgery will indeed increase your breast size although, this method is intrusive and expensive.

From your measurements, you have a small frame and having large breasts may actually take your body frame out of proportion. Why are you trying to increase your breast size? Can you please explain how you are feeling about your own body image?
