Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Our diet is often key to our digestive health.

A healthy, fresh diet with plenty of fiber helps our digestive system enormously, as does a lack of stress, plenty of water and sleep.

A poor diet or certain medications (like pain medication/opiates) can upset our system.

A bowel obstruction (something blocking our bowels) can be very serious. If you feel you have this, contact your doctor straight away. Blocking can be caused by fecal matter or growths in the bowel/colon.
Best,
Susan
