Am I being paranoid about pregnancy?

I had sex on 1/12/16. I am on an 84 day cycle of birth control pills. I took Plan B 4 hours after sex - because I might have missed a couple of pills. After taking Plan B I had light bleeding and diarrhea for a couple days. I had my period on 2/14 through 2/20, but I usually only bleed for 3 or 4 days. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests on: 2/29, 3/12, and 4/18 - all came out negative. I have had no pregnancy symptoms. My mind could by tricking me but my stomach feels hard when i lay down on it. My next period is to this week 5/8. I have also be looking up cryptic pregnancy stories - I think this is fueling my paranoia. Should I trust the results of the pregnancy tests? Am I being paranoid? Am I going crazy?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
You are not pregnant for several reasons. First of all, not only did you take emergency contraception, you were already taking birth control pills at the time. Also, you have been bleeding since you have intercourse. The pregnancy tests were also negative. You need to trust these facts.
In the future, do not take emergency contraception at the same time you are taking monthly birth control pills. That is probably what caused the diarrhea. Taking both will also disrupt your regular cycle and may cause pregnancy-like symptoms.
At this point, you need to simply relax and trust that you are not pregnant. Soon your period will return to normal.
