Sharon discusses how sinus surgery helped alleviate her allergy symptoms and drastically reduced the frequency of sinus infections.
Sharon:
My allergist recommended that I might look into the possibility of having sinus surgery because my sinuses were always infected. And so I went to see an ear, nose and throat doctor and I also had a MRI, and the MRI showed that my sinuses were swollen and that the possibility of having surgery would help my situation.
So I went to another doctor that was recommended by my primary care doctor, and he, this particular doctor is the one that did sinus surgery. It was outpatient, and it helped me tremendously.
I think maybe I have had one sinus infection since I had the surgery, so if I get a chance to talk to people who are suffering from allergies and who suffer from sinus infections, I will say that’s the best thing that I could possibly do, the best thing that I could have done for myself was have that surgery. It just improved my situation 100 percent.

Hi. Wow, thanks posting the video. I am facing a decision myself -- sinus surgery OR balloon sinuplasty.
I have had horrible sinus trouble for years and finally had a CT Scan. I was told those were my two options.
So right now I'm doing research online and talking to anyone who will listen!
Thanks for posting this video!
:)
