I'm pretty healthy, finally... after a long battle with recurrent adenocarcinoma of the anal canal. I am currently awaiting word about whether or not I now have cervical cancer. I've had numerous surgeries and complications. Currently I'm writing a book about the cancer experience. My butt hurts constantly, the past few years. I'm researching alternative medicine avenues, in case of a metastasis, because I am tired of conventional treatments. They are brutal, disfiguring, and if I get cancer again, I'll have to say they're ineffectual. I'm vegan and eat a mostly raw, plant based diet. I eat everything reported to kill cancer cells, and avoid everything alleged to cause cancer. I exercise, swim, and do all i can to remain happy and positive. I avoid worry and fear and people who are toxic-- you know the sort. I plan to live a long time.
