I have asthma, IBS-D. (those are the only 2 that have ever been medically diagnosed)
About a year or two ago, I had a medical OBGYN diagnose me as having Endometriosis, however, he refused to give me a Laparoscopic surgery to CONFIRM his "diagnosis".
