When a teenager I had a very unhealthy lifestyle that caused the doctor to think I had type 2 diabetes at the age of 15. I realized how I felt inwardly and outwardly and I decided to change my habits. My physical output changed first with more running and swimming. Then my nutrition changed. After a few years everything came together and by the time I entered college I felt like a different woman. I now respected my body and listened to what it needed to help my health improve physically, spiritually, and mentally. I now enjoy many physical activities such as running and rock climbing with my family.
