I am a 27 year old mother of two. When I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I was at the peak of health and wellness. I had really taken control of my body, and had started molding it into a strong vessel. After the first pregnancy craving hit, it was all downhill from there. I gained about 80lbs, and only lost about 40 of those after her birth. Now that I am done having babies, I am ready to reach my goals again, and I'm lucky enough to have a partner who is just as invested in his health journey as I. Together we have 5 children, and we are creating a path that they can all follow to be the best versions of themselves as possible!
