I am a Director for a Medical Practice specializing in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. (BHRT) We use BHRT for Age Management, not just for symptoms of menopause. I educate women (and men) on their hormones and the effects they have on our entire body. I am 40 years old, no signs of becoming menopausal, but I am on BHRT for the health and anti-aging effects it has! I want to encourage women to learn and research, do not just take the traditional estrogen pills or suffer out of fear.
