The reason you should care is that 80% of aging is from those aging rays—UVA--but the other reason you should care is that UVA rays are a thousand times more plentiful in the air. That means they have the capacity of doing a thousand times more damage to your cells. Skin cancer is a growing concern in the United States and around the world, and I think you need to be concerned about your overall health because there are forms of skin cancer, all those skin cancers on the skin, it can be really deadly and when we look at forms like melanoma, the earlier you catch it, the better. So the more protection that you can give yourself, the safer you are going to be, and that goes for your kids as well.
