According to the TempurPedic FAQ page, you have a 90-Night Trial period for your new mattress. The company asks that you try and sleep on the new mattress for 30 days of that 90 and then to call the company if you are unsatisfied.

The refund policy is good only for the first 90 days after purchase, but the company offers a 3 -year full parts and labor warranty. This also includes a 25-year limited warranty on the frame.

Personal Comfort offers a 120-night risk free trial for new customers. According to the free trial page on the company’s website, in order to qualify for the 120 night trial period and return, you must sleep on the bed for 45 of the 120 nights.
