I am all for learning as much as possible about any health complication you may have, but with my brain fog it is hard enough to remember my to do list let alone remember all these new words! BUT, it may be worth it to better understand it :)

Just thought I would put this out there for anyone looking into a better understanding of autoimmune thyroid disease, that is if you can google all the big words!
