Hi all, I'm curious how many of you eat a vegan diet. I read the book "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, and have been working towards veganism. I am not 100% there yet because I still eat some cheese on occasion, but I do believe that eating a plant-based diet is healthier for us and the planet. I'd be happy to share thoughts and information with anyone who is interested.
