Many people quit (or quit again) in the New Year - has this been the case with anyone?

How is everyone doing on their journey?

We'd love to hear updates!

I quit smoking on Nov. 10, 2011 it has been hard but worth it. I have copd from smoking for about 39 years of my life. I had to quit, I can breath easier now but I still have difficulties. All I can tell anyone who wants to quit is that it is worth it to quit, and to be persistent taking it one day (and sometimes one minute) at a time. I'm hoping I've added some years to my life by quitting! I used chantix to help me quit and I think that is what got me through, because as of April 10, I will be 4 months smoke free. I smoked for so long I can't believe that I've done it, but I have, I can now say proudly, "I don't smoke!" If I can quit any one can!
