Hi! I'm starting this group to create a community where we share advice and inspiring stories for people healing pelvic pain. Often there is shame and embarrassment around pelvic floor dysfunction and people think they will never get better. I'd like to see this group inspire those who are struggling and be a platform for people to share success stories. Thank you for your interest!
