Aer Lingus

HORRIBLE service, poor planning, STOLE our ticket payments by refusing to offer any satisfaction when one of our travel group members was in a serious accident the day before departure. The day of trip, she was in surgery. We've been passed around between Aer Lingus and Expedia, both claiming that the other has our money and that neither will issue a refund for valid medical reasons. Furthermore, they cancelled our return trip WITHOUT NOTIFYING US, and when we discovered the cancellation the night before, it took over two hours to get them to reschedule the ticket. They “offered” to place us on a flight out of Dublin, which was almost 200 miles away, with no promise of transportation to Dublin.
