hi im new here has anyone got pregnant without there fallopian tubes ,im so desperate to have a baby i cannot get free ivf as i already have one child and cannot to pay for ivf .i have read on the internet that some women are saying they have fallen pregnant without there tubes would love to hear from someone who has im so low .
