Breast Cancer and Kidney disease

I have stage 4 Kidney Disease and yesterday I found out I have stage 3 breast cancer. I'm scared to death that this is it. I have fought all my life with the Kidney disease and now this. Has anyone had a similar bout with these 2. I'm 66 years old.
