How to get rid of back pain ?

If anyone guys ever face back pain then how to deal with it ? Do you take normal medicine or take therapy for relief on it ?

Ibuprophen works great for back pain. I also do certain back stretches that help as well. For severe back pain, I have seen both a chiropractor and orthopedic MD. Both were helpful with diagnosis and treatment.
