I’m exploring opportunities for real estate investment in Lebanon and Batroun caught my attention. I want something that holds value and could be rented out easily.

I’ve read a bit about the market trends, but local perspectives are invaluable. For anyone who has experience, is it better to look at older buildings or newly constructed ones? I’m currently evaluating my budget and would like to buy an apartment in Batroun in a location with good potential for appreciation.
