Hello everyone.

I’m currently upgrading my home heating system and looking at a wide range of modern radiator options. I’ve noticed there are many styles and materials available, but I’m unsure which type works best for energy-efficient homes.

I want something that heats quickly, retains warmth well, and doesn’t push energy bills too high. Has anyone here installed newer designer or panel-style radiators recently?

How do they compare in real-world usage to older systems? I’d also appreciate advice on sizing and whether vertical designs perform differently from horizontal ones in smaller rooms.
