why my neurlosgists tells me the severe headaches I have are not from the aracnoid cyst

neurosurgeon says im not a candidate for surgery. my cyst is on the from temporal lobe and is very close to the optic nerve. He would not defend his answer. the cyst is about 6cm in diamater.
