Not all woman who are diagnosed with breast cancer will need to take chemotherapy or even radiate for that mater. I am a perfect example of picking and choosing the regime that I intuitively felt would best fit each unique health awakening situation I found myself in.
Two great books that speak to the ability of fighting ones' genes and to take lifestyle involvement into consideration when weighing out the options of treatments and protocols are: “A Survivors Guide to Kicking Cancer's Ass” by Dr. Dena Mendes and Dr. David Servan Schreiber’s “Cancer a New Way of Life”.
The best way to get started on a kick ass way of life that ensures you higher health is to change your food, there is no simpler equation than what you put in you absolutely get out!
Try Michi Kushi’s book “Diet For a Cancer Cure”. This book actually looks at each type of cancer diagnosis and clearly outlines the foods to avoid and the foods to start using as your ammunition against the cancer you have been diagnosed with and prevention, which is key!
In my practice I have witnessed people who forgo treatments and kick ass with using alternative modalities and supplements. I have never seen anyone kick ass that does not turn themselves inside out on a physical and emotional level becoming someone completely new and improved.
If you are not ready for this exciting adventure then I suggest traditional treatments…its a ballsy move to Kick Cancer's Ass and you must be prepared with all weaponry.
I wouldn’t suggest going into battle of any kind without a gun, knife or for me - I carry machine guns!
Health and light
