Statistics focusing on women in the workforce have improved in recent years, but there is still change to be made. 27.6% of CEOs are women. My friend, Claudia Chan, wants to move the needle of that stat.
In 2012, Claudia launched SHE Global Media, and hosted her first S.H.E. Summit that same year. The summit brings women together from all over the world to share their inspiring stories and motivate each other to lead empowering lives. I had the honor to speak on a panel at S.H.E Summit earlier this summer.
Claudia was recently featured in an article by Fox Business where she discusses her mission, S.H.E. Summit and her goal to change how women are represented in the workforce. Check it out: http://buff.ly/1jeJY1S

Thanks for sharing this post, Michelle! Now is definitely the time for women to make a difference in the workplace. I think the recent push for women to speak up and strive for their dreams in the workplace is making a great impact.
Claudia Chan's work is very admirable. The S.H.E. Summit is a great event to bring women from all over the world together to share their personal stories and inspire women of all ages to lead fulfilling and happy lives. I would love to attend the Summit one day.
Thanks again for sharing this inspiring post!
Best,
Erin
