Really I agree with you because I am the best example of that kind of persons, who are lazy to follow the diet and exercises. In the month of Oct-2011, I had started taking of diet pills. In the next 4 months I gained 15 pounds of weight even by following healthy diet and exercise. Finally I realized that the issue arises at pills, then I avoided pills again started my weight loss journey with 15 more pounds. Still now I am taking weight loss supplement but these are natural green tea pills, which are working well to me.
