Guide

Hello, Anon. Thank you for posting.

Arthritis, falls, accidents and wear and tear on the bones and joints of the spine can play a part in back/nerve pain.

Lethargy is a symptom that causes you to feel sleepy or fatigued and sluggish. This sluggishness may be physical or mental. Lethargy can be related to an underlying physical or mental condition, so it's possible your back pain is causing this. We cannot know. I suggest seeing your doctor for an evaluation of your back problem and go from there.
