Are you talking about unblocking your ears? Have you had a cold or sinus infection?
Try an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or naproxen, to ease an earache or pain from sinus pressure.
Take a decongestant. Over-the-counter tablets or nasal sprays can ease sinus blockage which in turn can relieve clogged ears.
See your doctor if these things do not help. He or she can check your ears to see what else might be going on, or if you have ear wax build up.
