Which do you think is better for you?
Whole eggs or egg whites?

While egg whites are lower in calories and cholesterol, they are lacking the vitamins such as Vitamin B12 and D in whole eggs that are good for our bodies! Whole eggs also have more protein which is essential for muscle repair! In my opinion, unless you are already at risk of a high cholesterol, whole eggs are okay! If you prefer something a little more health-conscious, choose egg whites. However, I prefer the best of both worlds! I love to add one whole egg to my 2-3 egg whites! It adds a little flavor, yet it's still providing me with the nutrients and proper nutrition I need to fuel my body! :)
