when my boyfriend squize my nipples while getting intimate there is milky liquid comes out from my nipples ...should i worry about it ??

We are not able to diagnose your situation, the discharge may or may not indicate a problem. According to the Mayo Clinic  an nipple discharge in women who are not pregnant or breast-feeding may not be abnormal but it's still wise to have any unexpected nipple discharge evaluated by a doctor.
