On Monday, google began testing its much ballyhooed health records program. It's not exactly a new idea as Microsoft launched a similar program called HealthVault late last year. Proponents argue easy access especially for retirees who may travel throughout the year. Opponents argue privacy concerns. Where do you stand? Are you inclined to use these programs?

There are many companies out there that are trying this concept on different levels, but a company like Google could really make it work. It is a little "big brother," though.

I think I'll let some others try it out first before I delve too deeply. Can't say I'm completely opposed and can't say that I trust it quite yet. Definitely believe there's a use to having quick and easy access to health records, just not sure what the best platform is for it. Anyone else straddling like me?
