There may be no one specific condition that causes this kind of sharp pain from leg to chest.
This could be your sciatic nerve although that generally goes from spine down through one side of the body. However, this pain could still be nerve pain.
It may connect to your cardio health.
To know what it wrong you will need to schedule an appointment with your physician to have a physical and other tests.
