what is the relationship between eggs and diabetes

I'm not quite sure as to what you mean about a relationship between eggs and diabetes. There is none, other than they are a good choice of food for diabetics. They are high in protein and low in sugar. While they contain cholesterol, a few eggs a week (or daily egg whites) are considered healthy choices for diabetes.
